Shipment Notification

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update online.

Please note that shipping timeframes are based on the estimated delivery time from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Delivery estimates are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Australia Post Express may deliver on Saturdays during peak periods.

Note: Australia Post now delivers Standard Shipping only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. For urgent orders, we recommend selecting Express Shipping.

Shipping times may be affected by COVID-19 restrictions or severe weather conditions. Please allow additional time in such cases.

Pick-Up Option (Sydney Only)

Free local pick-up is available in Wattle Grove 2173, Sydney NSW (residential address). Please only select this option if you're able to travel to the designated location.


Important Shipping Notes

  • By accepting our Terms and Conditions at checkout, you acknowledge that NUNA is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been handed over to Australia Post or your local courier.
  • NUNA is also not responsible for shipping delays. Please allow an extra 1–3 business days in case of unexpected delays.
  • Our shipping service does not include signature confirmation.


Return Policy

Our NUNA products are made in small batches with a strong focus on quality and hygiene. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to assist with a resolution.
